the message ‘you are infected with unknown trojan’ is usually displayed by fake anti spywares. i bet you are infected with some rogue security tool that keeps offering you great computer protection after you pay. use legal anti spyware to remove that thing. i suggest spy sweeper: http://www.2-spyware.com/review-spy-sweeper.html

use system restore what it does is resets your computer to before you had the virus. Be prepared to lose documents you created in between.
got to
start> run> type "MSCONFIG"> click ok> press launch system restore> then select the button that says set to earlier time or something like that> set it to the time before you found the virus> click next> and your virus should be removed.
you will have to reinstall anything you installed or any documents you might have to redo.

You need a decent virus checker like AVG and a decent spychecker run them both
If this pop up says you have a trojan or virus on your pc and offers to scan it , then finds a problem take no notice of it this usually leads to you having to purchase the software to get rid of it
use a-squared it should be able to find it .
ps update it first then do a slow scan
