Should I save money to buy an iPod or a Mac Laptop first? I am 15 years old, but next year I will be attended community college because I already have my high school credits. My parents have a home computer, but its slowly dying because of Viruses. I don’t have a job, but I used to so I have managed to save money, so should I keep saving for the Mac or go ahead and buy the iPod since I already have the money. I have really been wanting an iPod, but when my parents said they don’t want us (the kids) on the computer because of viruses…that kind of distorted my plan a bit. Any suggestions???

i agree with the other guy save for the laptop and also AVG or another AV to remove any virus on the machine. plus a firewall. And tell them to stop looking at doggy sites!

dude!! better buy a Mac just think of how much more u can do with your personal mac. there’s not much for ipod so mac is a obvious choice
Well, in your country i’ve heard if you goto community college you need a laptop/its recommended you have one. Depending on whether by next year you can save for the MacBook, you should decide. If you can save by next year then w8 and buy a laptop. If u cant and dont really need a laptop in college go for the iPOd, also i suggest the shuffle, its pure value for money.

what i do is i have a sony cd walkman. it is much cheaper than an ipod and i can enjoy my entire cd library rather than only what i could fit onto the hard drive of the ipod my sony cost around 45 dollars how much would a ipod run you?
